The Clean-Loader
The automatic loader for large wood-fired ovens, specially developed by AGR Biotec for the AGR wood-fired oven.
Workflow
Clean surface. Full oven. One process.
After heating the baking deck, the oven stands still for about 20 minutes – the burners are off, there are no longer any residual embers. One sequence, four steps: select baking deck, baking surface is automatically cleaned, loaded and unloaded.
Select baking deck
The desired baking deck is selected on the touchscreen – the automatic process starts from there.
Cleaning
After around 20 minutes of downtime, the loader vacuums the baking surface. It is clean when the dough pieces are inserted.
Loading
The loader inserts the dough pieces – uniformly across the entire width of the baking surface, without anyone having to intervene.
Unloading
After the baking process, the loader moves in again and automatically takes out the finished loaves.
AGR 200
Three decks, one operator.
With the three-deck AGR 200, the oven is first automatically vacuumed, then the loaves are automatically inserted and unloaded again after baking.
From three baking decks onwards, a loader should always be planned, as well as automatic pellet filling. Loading for 2 baking decks is possible with a peel or by hand.
Control
Operation via touchscreen or app
The touch control shows diagrams and evaluations of heating and baking times; individual baking programs can be set. Remote monitoring and operation are possible via app.
